Well, I'm finally starting my witch comic. It's written by my friend Howard Shum for an anthology he's putting together. Here is the rough for the first page.

My goal is to make a menacing design that is also cool. I think I'm happy with this one.

value study

I'm trying to figure out how to do the backgrounds for my witch story. I think I'll do value studies of all the shots before I go to color.
